The Great Extravaganza with Kinyonga and SilverDawn

Meep! Yesterday, d'ya know what happened? 

Nope, wait. It was the day before yesterday that it started. 

I'll explain, shall I?

Ok.

SilverDawn and I went for a walk, to the stream. On the way back we went through this "field" which is actually just mud. Real proper mud.

We were walking through it, and thoroughly sinking. It almost goes to the top of your boots, if you're not quick!

Anyway, she got stuck in it! And we pulled and heaved for ages, in the pouring rain. Eventually we abandoned the boots and went home.

Then, yesterday, we went back to get them.

 

There they are!

We used a spade and tried to dig them out!

Not before SilverDawn got stuck, again!

 

I had to pull her out and that took at least ten minutes.

Then we eventually managed to get one boot out, using the spade.

Here's the boot! It was all wet inside. >.<

 

 Then I began to try and get the other one out!

Yes, I got stuck. What a surprise!

 Eventually I took one foot out and leaned it on the spade, to see if I could get my other boot out without my foot getting covered in mud.

 Look how deep it's sunk in! Those boots went up to my knees, and I'm 1 meter 63cm!

I put my foot back in my boots, and rolled up my trouser legs.

  

 Then I got out of my boots and went squelching through the mud. DX

It was at this point that Dawn went home to get Dad, and took my camera because I didn't want to get it covered in mud. 

We didn't succeed any further, even when Dad came. He thought he'd get stuck too so we went back - all cold, muddy and worse off than before.

So, last night, Dad and SilverDawn went to go and try and get them again. They managed to get two boots out...so this morning, there's still one buried deep in the mud. >.<

 Take my advice and

Never mess with mud
